CLO3D Independent Study
Seattle Pacific University Summer 2025
About the Project
-
A self-directed independent study in CLO3D, focused on building digital garment construction skills through functional running apparel. Each piece was engineered for mobility, breathability, performance, and style — pushing my CLO3D ability further with every build.
-
Four pieces developed as studies for what would become the Bellevue Collection. A men's running shirt, a women's shell jacket with a signature diagonal zipper, a women's running shirt, and men's running shorts. Each one refined a different set of construction and fit challenges in the digital space.
-
The four pieces weren't just exercises, they all made it into the Bellevue Collection in some form. Early builds pushed through fit and proportioning in CLO3D, while later pieces showed a clear jump in technical precision and design confidence. By the end, I was translating performance needs directly into cohesive, refined garments.
