Apparel Production and Evaluation
Rainier Gear
About the Project
-
A women’s winter apparel line built around performance, sustainability, and modern outdoor style. Designed for women who thrive outdoors; durable, weather-ready, and designed to stand out.
-
I served the role of Design Director, leading the creative direction and helping guide five teammates through their roles. I designed a majority of the collection, built tech packs for each piece, directed my assistant designer, and worked closely with merchandising and e-commerce to ensure product vision translated all the way through.
-
A focused women’s winter line built around real outdoor use and aprés-bility. Each piece was designed with weather-readiness and wearability in mind; clean silhouettes, functional details, and fabrics that hold up in inclement weather.
-
The design process ran from concept sketches through factory-ready tech packs. I developed colorways, built out technical flats, and iterated on designs alongside merchandising feedback to keep the line cohesive and commercially viable.
